Yes. On the show aired March 16, 2007, all three contestants ended Final Jeopardy with $16,000. If two or more contestants tie for first place, they are declared "co-champions;" each keeps his or her winnings and comes back on the following episode. On a Friday, In March of 2007 the first 3-way tie ever occured on the show. They all ended up with exactly $16,000. The three contestants were Jamey Kirby, Anders Martinson and Scott Weiss who all answered the Final Jeopardy question correctly.
It was questioned as to why one of the contestants did not wager one more dollar (the usual strategy if available) as it didn't make much sense. Nonetheless, it happened and they all came back on Monday for a rematch.
