How come on the game show "Jeopardy!", no contestants ever buzz in by accident due to "slip of the fingers"?

A) It's hard enough as it is to buzz in on purpose. You only have perhaps a quarter of a second before someone else rings in.



B) If you knew that you could lose hundreds or even thousands of dollars by touching that button, you'd be careful, too.How come on the game show "Jeopardy!", no contestants ever buzz in by accident due to "slip of the fingers"?
my guess is because they practice before the tape the show..
