Can Canadians reclaim taxes from American game show earnings?

I was a contestant on Jeopardy a few months ago (I won one game) and the lousy bastards took 35% off of my winnings. Is there any course of action a Canadian citizen like myself can take to reclaim at least some of this money? Can Canadians reclaim taxes from American game show earnings?
There is a course of action for casino winnings. Maybe they can help you with your winnings from Jeopardy. I can't remember the name however. Try calling 1-800-Canada. There is usally a commercial once in a while about it. Haven't seen it recently though. If I find it I will let you know. The website for casino earnings is www.casinorefund.ca- maybe they can refer you to someone who can help.
No problem- let me know if it works out for you.

Prizes are subject to source withholding at fixed rates. No refund is possible, though no return needs to be filed. Income not effectively connected to a US trade or business is source taxed at fixed rates, normally 30%.
