How do you write 'Chinese Jeopardy'?

I'm doing a game show for a project and I would like to make a poster and have the phrase 'Chinese Jeopardy' written in simplified Chinese although I don't mind if it's traditional Chinese. If you can will you also explain how to pronounce the words please and thank you!How do you write 'Chinese Jeopardy'?
Are you making a Chinese equivalent of Jeopardy the game show hosted by Chuck Woolery? In this case, I wouldn't really put Chinese it it's name.

These are some ways people online refer to the game show in Chinese:

机智问答 (jī zhì wèn dá) which means quick witted questions and answers - quiz show in general.

Or 冒险 (mào xiǎn) which means taking a chance/risk (like the meaning of Jeopardy)
