Games/Jeopardy on Publisher website?

I have a school project to do, and the project is to make a website using microsoft Publisher, for the last page i was thinking of making a Jeopardy Powerpoint game. Can someone please help me on how i can make a full-functioning Jeopardy game for that page? Do i need to convert it into another format or something? I want to be able to "view as web page" and still be able to play the interactive powerpoint
