You could make it a multiple choice Jeopardy or have them write down the answers and they get a prize for a right answer (MM). Another way would be to have none verbal cue for the answer if it were more than one choice. Yes and No is another way to go, also know as twenty questions. You could also make rules that disqualifies them if they talk when they are not supposed too.
